Wincey, a native of Newark, NJ, is a dedicated member and worship leader at the Deliverance Jesus Is Coming Church in Irvington, NJ where Bishop James H. Everett and Pastor Vanessa Everett are her pastors. She is a presenter of arts programs for NJ PAC & Arts Horizons and was awarded the “Phenomenal Women Award" from Kiss FM for her arts integration work in community schools and commitment to children. Wincey began singing in the church choir as a teenager and her career soon took her away to work as background vocalist for industry legendary giants such as Sting, Herb Alpert, Tina Turner, Dorothy Norwood, Tom Jones and. Moreover, she was a featured vocalist on Grover Washington Jr.'s “Soulful Strut” CD, Dennis Taylor's "Enough is Enough" CD and for Monie Love (“It’s A Shame” single).

Her Television credits include: “Soul Train,” “The Arsenio Hall Show,” “Spike & Company Do It Acapella,”“The Cosby Show,” “Nia Peeples Party Machine” and “Late Night with David Letterman.” Moreover, Wincey’s voice can be heard on the famed children’s TV series “Sesame Street.” The featured single "I Remember" from her debut cd release "Time To Say" is currently being aired on 70plus Radio Stations in the US and rose to number 7 on the UK Soul Chart.

Wincey is the CEO of Winceyco Music and Executive Director of Nana’s Babies. Her companies provide musically inspired educational programs to schools, churches and other organizations regarding serious social issues and academic subject matter. She has also produced two educational music CD’s, one cartoon DVD and a children’s book on bullying.
